Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@vortlab.com. Standard returns must be delivered to our Hong Kong registered address: Flat 1, 6/F, Block 3, Nan Fung Industrial City, 18 Tin Hau Road, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong. Alternative return addresses are permitted only if formally approved by our support team in advance.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For our North American customers, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns are rejected, and refunds take effect only after product inspection.
Shipping Charges
Buyers cover return postage for non-quality-related returns. We take charge of return shipping if products have manufacturing defects, are shipped incorrectly or arrive with missing contents.
Refund Coverage
Only product prices qualify for standard refunds. Initial checkout shipping fees are non-refundable except for our fulfillment errors. Duties, sales tax and other official levies cannot be refunded by our store.
3C Item Restrictions
Refunds may get partially reduced or refused if your returned electronics show heavy usage, physical harm, tampered security seals, missing bundled accessories or discarded original retail packaging. Unauthorized firmware edits and third-party self-repairs also void full refund eligibility.

Email admin@vortlab.com to apply for return authorization first. Default return destination is our Hong Kong registered address; alternate delivery locations need prior customer-service confirmation.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the use of this website, transactions completed through this store, and all related contractual and non-contractual obligations, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All users unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any proceedings arising from or connected with the use of this website and relevant business transactions.
