Shipping policy

All orders ship from our warehouses in the US, Canada and Europe, and delivery is only available within mainland areas of these regions. Remote exclaves and islands such as Alaska, Hawaii and other distant locales cannot be shipped to, with exact deliverability determined by our cooperating logistics providers.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays). Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Options

We offer Standard Ground, 2-Day and Overnight shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Shipping cost and exact delivery timeline will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over $50, excluding remote locations that are not eligible for delivery as stated above.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped; tracking updates may delay up to 24 hours.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, peak season or remote location surcharges.

Lost & Damaged Goods

Please contact us at admin@vortlab.com within 7 days if your package is lost or damaged upon receipt.

Return Shipping Cost & Package Rejection Liability

All return shipping fees shall be allocated according to the scenarios below:
  1. Non-quality returns (personal dislike, wrong item ordered, change of mind and other customer-initiated reasons): The buyer shall bear all return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
  2. Returns caused by our faults (manufacturing defects, wrong shipment, missing items): We fully cover all return shipping fees, and we will also cover re-delivery shipping fees for replacement orders.
  3. Unwarranted package rejection: If you refuse the package without valid quality-related reasons, all original outbound shipping fees and return freight costs will be deducted from your refund. Any extra carrier surcharges generated by rejection will also be borne by you. We only cover all freight losses from rejection if the refusal is caused by our product or fulfillment errors. If the package is returned due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, all related shipping expenses shall be your responsibility.

Governing Law

This Shipping Policy and all related transactions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. All relevant disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
